Perforated Screen Surface Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 compliant
company, which
means that our internal processes for the manufacturing of our
screens meet the strict requirements of ANSI-RAB. The ISO 9000
series, which has gained international recognition and acceptance,
is a set of standards which provide guidance to aid in the
interpretation and implementation of a quality system. To the best
of our knowledge, we are the only pianowire screen manufacturer to
receive such certification. This award is the formal recognition of
our existing quality procedures which have been in place since the
founding of the company in 1994. |

Our quality system is designed to ensure that your orders are
promptly handled as well as manufactured to the most stringent
quality requirements. Every order is double checked before being
released to the factory, and inspected a total of five times during
the production processes as well as a detailed final inspection
while the screen is under tension. Our raw materials are also
thoroughly inspected for quality before being used to manufacture
your orders.
